Pat has a technical background and was in the IT field for most of his working life as a salesman. More recently, he owned his own company processing payroll for small businesses.

“I was married for 40 years and raised three children. They are all married and have given me 14 grandchildren. When my wife passed away, I began to feel called to the priesthood. I didn’t think it was possible at first, but Pope Saint John XXIII Seminary gave me the option. Also, my father has been a permanent deacon since 1978. He is 88 years old and still preaches every Sunday. I am blessed that he was able to officiate at my wedding, at all of my children’s weddings, and at all of the baptisms of my children and grandchildren. I am blessed, indeed!”
